I highly recommend this company. My refrigerator went out on me and E&J was able to schedule me for the next day. Jason was the repair person and he was very knowledgeable and communicative. I feel the pricing was fair as well.

They were able to send out a tech within two hours of my cry for help. Super honest about my fridge’s problem (there wasn’t one) and didn’t propose any repair work I did not need. The service call was the only charge, and if my fridge goes down for the count they’ll come back within 90 days at no service charge. Very impressed.

E & J is highly recommended on NextDoor neighborhood app , and we see why. Was surprised that the owner/founder of the company Ernie, answered the phone. Thank you for your time and expertise helping to diagnose the likely issue with our 15 yr-old LG fridge, researching if parts were still available, running through scenarios of what likely would happen if we repaired it, and, rather than making a dollar yourself, recommending what you knew would be best and most cost-effective for us in the long run (not repairing it). Thank you for your patience when we called back asking even more questions, lol. Huge help, great experience.

I have used E and J for both washer and dryer issues and today it was my dishwasher. Jason was awesome, arrived on time (even earlier which was great for my busy schedule) and was honest and reliable. Fixed my dishwasher, didn’t try to sell me a new one and very pleasant to work with!

This was a very pleasurable business experience from the get-go. The Dispatcher with A & J was polite and very helpful to this first-time customer. Santiago (the Technician) called ahead of his arrival to my residence. The issue with my ancient GE refrigerator/freezer was diagnosed almost immediately and service was restored lickety-split. A (needed) additional part was ordered and within 2 days the item was accessed and project completed. Top-notch! Me happy!

Family owned business with a great group of people that just the right thing because they want to have a positive impact on the community. The owner of the business helped me move a side by side refridgerator freezer (after hours) and we had to remove the doors of the appliance to get it out of the kitchen. Not an easy task, but they know what they are doing and they do it well. I would go to these people before calling anyone else. If they can’t do it, they would find someone that can do it for you.

I highly recommend this company. My refrigerator went out and E&J scheduled me for the very next day. Jason, the repair person, was very knowledgeable and communicative. The day of the appointment, Jason called to let me know he was on his way…which was as scheduled. I also felt the pricing was reasonable.

I haven’t used them recently but thought people should know that I think this is one of the most honest companies out there! We’ve used them previously for washing machine and dishwasher repair and they’ve been so helpful. One time I called and they told me what to do over the phone saving me $ and time-and it worked!
I’ll use them in the future if needed.

I had an issue installing my dryer and I called to see if they can help and the owner had me come in and he helped me with a piece. He didn’t have to help me but he went out of his way to help and didn’t even charge me. Just lending a helpful hand.

Have used them several times over the years and are never disappointed with service. From your first contact to set up a service call to the actual visit, we have always been impressed with customer service.
This visit was for the washer, which we know is close to being replaced (they just don’t make them like they used to!). Our service tech, Jim, was cordial, wore a mask, and went right to work to figure out the issue.
We talked about things to think about when considering a replacement and he offered some great ideas.
